Sonu Furniture House (“we”) runs this website only to show our furniture designs and to receive enquiries. When you contact us through this website, the contact form, or WhatsApp, we receive your name, phone number and message. We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and to handle your order. We do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.

Orders, Returns & Refunds

Most of our furniture is made to order. Your order is confirmed after we discuss the design, size, colour and price with you on call or WhatsApp, and production starts after confirmation.

If any item reaches you with a manufacturing defect or damage, inform us on WhatsApp (+91 84048 39112) within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will repair, replace the part, or remake the item as suitable for the problem.

Because every made-to-order piece is built specially for one customer, a confirmed order cannot be cancelled or refunded after production has started, except where we are unable to deliver the item. For ready items bought from our store, returns are accepted within 7 days if the item is unused and undamaged; any approved refund is made to the original payment method within 7 working days.
